Children are always watching

Mothers be careful what you say in front of your kids.  They are watching your every move.  They know if you don't love yourself, so how can you expect them to love themselves?

I have to im on my mom to complain about her nose, wrinkles, or hair.  I came from her so she doesn't think she's pretty what is that say about me?

DON'T TELL..... SHOW your children how to love themselves and to except who they are.

What is Confidence?

Confidence is waking into a deli with duck clips in your hair, and not caring what others think.

Confidence is loving your "flaws", because they make you who you are.  

Confidence is finding beauty in your friends and wanting them to feel as beautiful and confident as you.

Confidence is NOT comparing yourself to others or thinking why someone is more beautiful than you.

Confidence is NOT hating your body and wishing were thinner, curvier, taller, shorter, a blonde, a red head, or something you are not.
